Sous Chef - £23,000 - Early finish 5 days per week - Stockport

We're looking for a Sous for this venue that is based in Stockport. We're looking for someone with a real passion for fresh food but someone looking for a better work life balance.

As Sous Chef you'll ideally be motivated to produce great food and work in an efficient and today manner. You'll also be responsible for your section, HACCP and training junior members of the team.

IN RETURN You'll be able to finish around 6pm every evening that you work and work for a company with venues nationwide and real opportunities for progressing your career.
