Sous Chef, Multi Rosette, Michelin Rated Restaurant in 5 star hotel

Circa £32,000, Scottish Highlands, Live in available

This stunning country hotel, set in the beautiful surroundings of the Scottish highlands, is looking to recruit an experienced sous chef into this award winning kitchen. The food here is sourced from the Scottish west coast where this hotel is located, so the freshest finest shellfish in the UK, the game is wild from the local area, and the delivery is of the highest quality, gaining this kitchen numerous accolades.

The Michelin rated head chef is looking to bring in an experienced sous chef to assist in running the kitchen, with a team of 10 chefs providing service to the 50 cover restaurant, this really is a kitchen at the top of its game, and looking to bring in a chef who can add to the quality already in place.

The ideal candidate will be a Sous chef in a minimum 3 rosette kitchen, have experience working in a Michelin rated kitchen and be natural leader who can step up when needed in the head chefs absence.

In return my client is offering a fantastic salary of £32,000 with live in available and the opportunity to work in one of Scotland's, if not the UK's finest kitchens, and put a real stand out venue on your CV
