This fabulous venue has a very good reputation in the area, for their modern takes on British Classics, utilising some of th UK's finest produce, and presenting them using modern techniques and Classic style
You will be tasked with assisting the Head chef in running the team team of 9 chefs to a very high standard, with an emphasis on the food, produce, and seasonality, rather than just bums on seats.
The ideal candidate will have Rosette/Michelin grounding & have the desire and willingness to achieve the best possible results every day, as well as having the skills & personality to enthuse & guide those around you.
This position may suit a Junior Sous chef ready to step up, with my client looking for desire and drive, as well as dedication to their craft above all else.
