We have the perfect role for you. Monday to Friday and working with all fresh produce!
Here is what they will require from their next Sous Chef;
* Monday to Friday
* 40 hour contract
* Start time at 06:30
* Catering for high volume hospitality functions
* Work with fresh produce and take pride in the food you produce
* This is a renowned location
This is the perfect position for any Senior Chef de Partie / Junior Sous Chef, looking to join a company that will train and develop you to one day become a fresh food Head Chef.
The ideal Sous Chef will be;
* Passionate about current food trends
* Experience within high volume fresh food operation
* Fine dining experience is preferable
* Contract catering experience isn't a necessity but preferable
* Experience within banqueting and events
