This Stunning 5 star hotel is looking to recruit a Sous Chef to join this talented team of chefs, producing 3 rosette dining, & pushing for 4 and a star, using both classical & modern methods, and utilising some of the finest ingredients available in the UK given the location to the Stunning Scottish Coastline.
With assistance given to relocating to this beautiful part of the world, this position could be ideal for a 2-3 rosette standard Sous chef who is tired of the concrete and daily grind of city life, but still looking to really push the limits in the kitchen and showcase some truly stunning ingredients.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in Michelin/multi rosette kitchens, be it Hotel, restaurant or high end County Inn, be able to enthuse & inspire the team around you & be able to demonstrate a real desire to succeed.
