Sous Chef £23'000 - £25'000 DOE Plus Overtime & Tips
We require a solid Sous chef for a brand new opening in the Cheshire area.
This will be number 2 to a privately owned restaurant chain and no expense spared in any aspect of this build.
My client likes their Kitchen brigade to complete 4 days on and 4 days off creating a very decent work life balance. Very rarely will you get 4 days off in the hospitality industry with a salary like this.
Potentially we are looking at combining the two teams to work each site as they are only 10 minutes apart, so we will need our candidates to be drivers and own their own vehicle as public transport is ZERO in this area.

This position is very rare in the catering industry as having 4 days off however, you can do over time if you wish and top up your salary as well as your even share of the tips potentially putting another £2-£3K on your salary.
