This Stunning historical 4 star hotel is looking to recruit a strong, career minded Sous chef, to join the team of 9 in this lovely venue close to Halifax, commutable to both Leeds & Manchester, with live in available.
This fabulous venue has a very good reputation in the area, for their modern takes on British Classics, and have a very strong reputation in banqueting & events, as well as the food produced from the 2 rosette restaurant.
You will be tasked with assisting the established Head chef in running the team team of 9 chefs to a very high standard, with an emphasis on the food, produce, and seasonality, rather than just bums on seats.
You will be from a fresh food background, have experience in Banqueting or events, and have the desire and willingness to achieve the best possible results every day, as well as having the skills & personality to enthuse & guide those around you.
