Hard working, reliable and a passion for food, 3 things that describe our ongoing Sous Chef at our prestigious contract catering client, the role is an ongoing assignment with a view of joining as a full time Sous Chef should the role suit.

Day time hours and a competitive pay rate are two of many benefits for our Sous Chef role based in Horley

Our Clients Sous Chef must have the following expertise:
* 2 years proven experience
* HACCP and COSHH regulation experience
* NVQ Level 2 or working equivalent
* An excellent grasp of classic dishes

Although not essential, below are added highly desired for our clients Sous Chef:
* Experience within a Contract Catering environment
* Flexible working hours
