Our Clients Sous Chef must have the following expertise:
* 2 years proven experience
* HACCP and COSHH regulation experience
* NVQ Level 2 or working equivalent
* An excellent grasp of classic dishes

* Experience within a Contract Catering environment
* Flexible working hours
