We have a fantastic opportunity here, for a fresh food Sous Chef to join a highly regarded national contract caterer. This position offers great work life balance, and unrivalled opportunities to progress.
The Sous Chef contract;
* Monday to Friday
* 07:00 - 15:00
* Meal provided on shift
If you're a Chef de Partie / Sous Chef looking to take your career in the right direction then there are not many caterers that can compete with this.
What is expected from the next Sous Chef;
* Catering for 350 PAX on a daily basis
* Covering any hospitality functions
* Deputising from the Head Chef
* Inputting menu ideas
* Managing more junior staff members
* Training and development of junior staff members
* Working in line with company standards
* Ensuring all HACCP and COSHH are completed
