Sous Chef Leeds/Bradford area country Inn £25000
Our Client is wishing to add an experienced Sous chef to their team of quality chefs, you will be joining at a great level in a brigade of 8, and will assist the head chef in running this busy country Inn, serving fresh food to a very good standard, with the style of food classic British gastro food, with modern takes thrown in, this is also a very exciting place to develop your skills, and add a quality venue to your CV
You will have experience running kitchens to cover the head chefs days off, and also in running sections, from development of menus alongside the head chef, through prep, with an understanding of using fresh produce a must, to experience working in busy service, as part of the wider team in the kitchen.
in Return our Client is offering at attractive salary of £25000, with a shift pattern of 5 straight shifts, so no split!, looking at a 45-50 hour working week. your own transport would be ideal, but not a necessity as the venue is accessible via public transport
