The Firm
Our client, a well established Legal 500 London Law firm, with broadly based practice representing both UK and international clients, are currently looking for a Private Client Associate to join their team. The firm has 30 partners and a total complement of over 110 staff including 60 practicing lawyers.

The Role
As the successful candidate you will ideally have 4 - 6 years PQE Private Client experience and holding STEP membership. Experienced Legal Executives will also be considered. The primary workload includes a mix of wills, trusts, probate and estate planning (UK based). Some charity work is on offer if of interest too.

You will have sound commercial sense and be able to deliver pragmatic advice and an empathetic approach when dealing with clients. You will have enthusiasm for business development and for developing your own client base. This role offers genuine opportunities for career progression.

The Department
The Private Client team currently comprises of 2 Partners, a Consultant, a Senior Associate and a newly-qualified Solicitor. One additional Solicitor is required to complete the team. Their client base is broad, principally but not exclusively based in the UK, and some extensive foreign interests. Historically, our client has a large number of media, art and entrepreneurial clients. They also act for charities and trusts.
