Are you a Social worker with previous experience working with adults in a community setting? We are on the lookout for an Adult Social Worker to join an expanding team in the Sheffield area. The position is offered on a contract basis, starting as soon as possible until the end of September 2020, subject to review. The salary is £15.71 per hour.
Your primary role as an Adult Social Worker will be to plan, provide and evaluate a range of person-centred social work interventions for individuals and their families and broader circle of support, enabling them to identify and realise their aspirations.
To succeed in this Adult Social Worker role, you will be an enthusiastic, inclusive and collaborative Level 2 Social Worker. You will work as part of a well-established and experienced Case Management Team, providing an Assessment and Care Management service to Sheffield residents.
The ideal Adult Social Worker will:
* Have a social work degree and Social Work England registration
* Have an enhanced DBS on the update service, or be willing to have one processed for you
* A vehicle and clean license (unless the disability precludes you from this)
* Have the ability to work autonomously, with outstanding organisational skills
Familiarity with the Liquid Logic electronic social care record system would be an advantage, however, training will be given to the successful candidate. In return for your skills and social work values, you will receive a competitive hourly rate, paid weekly, plus a consultant who will be your point of contact for all work-related matters.
