Search Consultancy, a leading Manchester-based healthcare recruitment business, is looking for qualified Social Workers to join a compassionate and collaborative Assessment and Care Planning Team on a temporary basis in the East Midlands area. The qualified Social Workers role is paid at a higher than the market rate of up to £35 per hour and the contract is available to begin immediately.
Qualified and experienced Children's Social Workers required to work for the local authority and they are flexible on which office you are based out of. Candidates need to have relevant experience in assessment and care planning for CIN/CP and LAC. Strong risk management skillset needed. Ideally looking for an autonomous practitioner who is able to work well within a team, has excellent communication skills and a can do attitude. Candidates must have a passion for Social Work and drive to achieve positive outcomes for children and families. Knowledge of Signs of Safety and the use of MOSAIC would be an advantage.
Willing to pay up to £35 for Senior Pracs and we are looking for SWs who are flexible and can support our OOHs service where needed
Due to the nature of the Social Worker role, candidates must have front line post qualifying experience in Child Protection services. This role is subject to Social Work England checks, DBS and reference checks.
You will receive a highly agreeable hourly rate of pay plus:
? A dedicated consultant who will be your sole point of contact for all work-related matters.
? Weekly pay, without exception.
