Search Consultancy, a leading Manchester-based healthcare recruitment business, is looking for a Social Work Team Manager to join a compassionate and collaborative Children's Family Support East Team temporarily in the Bedfordshire area. The Team Manager's role is paid at a highly agreeable rate of up to £38 per hour and the contract that is available to begin immediately lasts on average for 6-9 months.
Due to the nature of the Team Manager role, candidates must have front line post qualifying experience in managing social workers. This role is subject to Social Work England Checks, DBS and reference checks.
The Team Manager's responsibilities include overseeing a caseload of approx. 70 children; CIN and CP. It is supervising 5 members of staff (all qualified SW staff). Expectation is supervision is completed with staff at least once a month.
