Search Construction is looking for a Site Manager for a new build retail unit in Dunfermline.
Our client, a busy main contractor is responsible building the shell and the external works including drainage, landscaping and forming parking spaces.
It's a steel frame building with cladding with a lift and pre-cast stairs.
Candidates will have similar experience in steel frame buildings and will hold a SMSTS and First Aid.
This is a 20 week contract with potential for further works with this busy contractor.
