Site Manager
Aberdeen - Permanent- 50k circa
Search is currently looking for a Site manager in the Aberdeen area to cover sites for one of our clients who has been within the housing sector for over forty years.
The successful Site manager will be responsible for managing the construction of a development, managing health and safety on site and overseeing build quality, customers care, and cost.
Requirements:
* Proven house build site management experience
* Confidence in overseeing all trades and labour on site
* The ability to successfully budget and work within timescales
* Great communication skills with co workers and clients.
* Great health and safety knowledge.
* Have an in depth knowledge of all aspects of construction and house building, and the relevant legislative requirements e.g. health and safety, NHBC requirements and Building Regulations.
* Current CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid
Salary : 50kcirc + package.
