Search is currently working with a well established business based in Middleton who are looking for a Service Team Leader to help support a growing team.

Service Team Leader
Full Time, Permanent

You will be managing a team of 5 skilled service coordinators and it will be your job to keep them motivated and keeping to KPIs.

* Oversee the Service Team and ensure requirements are met.
* Professionally handle any escalated customer issues from the Service Coordinators.
* Raise invoices for works carried out by Service Engineers.
* Confidently liaise with Company Stakeholders and Senior Management.
* Ensure jobs are completed efficiently, and within agreed timescales.
* Produce quotes for the customer based on the work required.
* Updating company systems and Customer's systems in real time.
* Close out jobs and update internal trackers to show real time actions.
* Plan, schedule and support the Service Engineers with their jobs.
* Offer support and guidance to the Service Coordinators.
* Highlight issues in a timely manner and resolve where possible.
* Ensure KPIs and performance targets are met by the Service Coordinators.
* Wealth of experience of working within a supervisory role
* Wealth of people management experience including employee relations (for example, investigations, disciplinary, grievances, absence management and performance management)
* Good at building working relationships
* Experience of resource planning / scheduling
* Constructively and logically resolving situations
