Role: Service Manager
Salary: £22,500 - £26,500 per annum
Location: Aberdeen

Search Consultancy is seeking an experienced Team Leader/Supervisor to join our client as Service Manager to cover services in Aberdeen. This is an initial 3 month contract, with a view to either continuing a rolling 3 month contract or becoming permanent (all funding dependent). This role is Monday to Friday, 9-5 (well let's be honest no role is 9-5 but this one is all about managing your time and diary so it's as close as it can be!).

You will be managing a group of pretty fantastic, dedicated support workers ensuring their care and compassion remains at the heart of everything they do for the people they work for.

The services cover people who have physical disabilities, learning disabilities and mental health issues.

The role of the Service Manager is an opportunity for a pro-active Team Leader/Supervisor to take that step up and join an evolving Care Company.

Attributes we are looking for:
* Be calm and resilient in their approach
* Be kind, caring and strive to provide the highest level of care and support possible to vulnerable individuals
* The ability to manage own diary and as work part of a wider team

Due to the nature of the role, a minimum 1 years' experience in a supervisor role within care is essential and experience with challenging behaviours, autism and/or learning disabilities is also essential. SSSC Registration will be required.

If you have a strong, professional background, and have strength of character then please do get in touch to discuss this opportunity further!

Search is an equal opportunities recruiter and we welcome applications from all suitably skilled or qualified applicants, regardless of their race, sex, disability, religion/beliefs, sexual orientation or age.
