We are looking for an experienced senior manager to take on the role of Head of Operations for an organisation providing a wide range of activities and support for adults with physical or learning disabilities and autistic spectrum conditions.
The annual salary depends on your experience and ranges between £38,330 - £41,058. There are also a fantastic range of benefits which include a healthcare scheme, pension, holidays rising up to 32 days a year and a range of discounts.
You will be responsible for managing and developing the organisations service provision in compliance with CQC regulations. You will also direct and lead three operational managers and be accountable for the effective operational management and delivery of a range of safe, high quality, cost effective 24/7 services which include community, day and residential.
As part of your role you will contribute to the organisations planning, governance, quality improvement, financial and performance management processes and be responsible for the effective implementation of these processes through the management of the senior managers.
To apply for this role you will need to have a minimum of 3 years senior management experience providing services to people with learning disabilities, physical disabilities or mental health conditions and experience in managing both Operational and Registered Managers.
