EXCLUSIVE opportunity - 6 month contract - 1st/2nd Line IT Support - Service Desk - Helpdesk

I have a number of exclusive 1st / 2nd line Service Desk opportunities to join a busy team in West Lothian.

You will be working as part of a multi-cultural team, providing telephone based IT Support on Windows Desktop & Server Technologies for over 20,000 users based across different offices in the UK & Ireland.

This will suit someone who is passionate about IT and has strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, coupled with excellent customer service approach. Previous experience of working in a similar role, supporting a large user base would be preferred.

On top of this, successful candidates will have strong knowledge / skills in the following technologies:

  • Windows Desktop Systems
  • Windows Server Technologies
  • Active Directory
  • MS Exchange Server
  • MS Sharepoint
  • MS Office
  • Network Connectivity
  • Automated ticketing systems experience such as Touchpaper, Remedy, Etc.

Experience of supporting Mobile Devices, Citrix, Apple / Mac and other peripheral devices would be an advantage.
