Job Title: Service Desk Analyst
Salary: £20,000 - £22,000 + 34 days holiday, 5% pension
About the Service Desk Analyst Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity with a very well known and highly respected organisation to support a busy team of people across a couple of local sites and remotely. This will be 1st and 2nd line in a Windows environment a big focus on high levels of customer service and meeting very realistic SLAs.
We are looking for proven support experience with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salaries are subject to experience but come with a potential performance related bonus, 34 days holiday minimum, a matched 5% pension, Life insurance, PMI, cycle to work scheme, staff discounts plus several more options. There may be some flexible working in time but to begin with this is a n office based position
