Service Desk Analyst (1st, 2nd, Support, AD, Active Directory, Windows, Desktop, Exchange, Patching, PC Building, Server, Inside IR35) - Contract - St Helens


Search IT are currently looking for a Service Desk Analyst on a Contract basis for our NHS client based in St Helens.

This role will be inside IR35


Skills/Requirements for the Service Desk Analyst:
* Previous experience in a similar role
* knowledge of Active Directory
* Desktop support using Windows 7/8 or 10
* Experience of building PC's from a commercial perspective

Start date is ASAP

The 1st Line Support Engineer will be responsible for maintaining company assets, creation of user accounts, set up of PC's and installation of hardware such as printers etc. and also supporting mobile devices.
