I have an opportunity for an experienced administrator to join my client on an ongoing temporary basis.
This role is for an experienced administrator ideally from a Facilities management background to support with the allocation of the jobs being assigned to engineers and contractors working on a number of sites across Glasgow.
You will support with a number of administrative tasks such as:
- Collate paperwork from engineers
- Raise purchase and hire orders
- Manage busy mailbox
- Investigate invoice queries when required
- Compile various reports.
- Submit invoices within the required time scales
Hours of work are Monday to Thursday 8am - 4.30 and Friday 8am - 3pm
