As a Senior Waiter/Waitress you will be part of a large team and involved in working across all areas of the restaurant, supporting the General Manager & other Senior team members with the day to day running of this busy operation. Offering a service to the highest standards is essential, the restaurant operates a high volume, high turnover model, so working well under pressure and to a time line is essential for this role.
