Search, one of the largest UK recruitment agencies is expanding its Leeds office & looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our Construction team. You will be specialising in Trades and labour recruitment across Yorkshire whilst working with some of the most reputable construction companies in the UK!

You will be a part of a team of five experienced recruiters. As part of the role, you'll also be responsible for creating new business opportunities through B2B sales calls & meetings. You will have the chance to develop your client base with our entrepreneurial business model.

From your very first day, you will have access to our uncapped commission structure, where you can earn up to 35% on all billings. We will look to progress your career from day one with our award-winning consultant development programme. You will receive dedicated coaching from our Talent Development team, including e-learning, courses & 1:1 sessions.

Who are we looking for?
* Previous experience within a 360 recruitment or billing role in the construction sector
* Highly ambitious individuals who are keen to progress and succeed
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* The ability to build relationships and rapport with candidates & clients
* Experience in working towards targets
* And be able to remain motivated and resilient at all times
