Senior Team Administrator
Temp role ongoing - based Manchester City Centre
£12.52 per hour
Start 15th June 2020

This role is supporting a busy legal team, working for a dynamic company based in Spinningfields Manchester - stunning office and lots of opportunity within the business to grow and develop.

1 Providing administrative support including arranging meetings, managing electronic diary systems, and typing confidential documentation.
2 Providing administrative support to management meetings, including arranging meetings and room bookings, creating agenda and circulating papers in a timely manner, taking minutes and coordinating actions.
3 Creating and maintaining databases and spreadsheets for management information and producing reports for the management team and also other areas of the business who require legal case data.
4 Maintaining rotas and allocating work to Legal colleagues through the online system.
5 Liaising with external parties via telephone and email, relaying clear messages and discussing actions arising with the management team.
6 Assisting with the preparation of our monthly Legal Vitals publication and our quarterly communication with colleagues on maternity leave.
7 Booking travel and accommodation for the management team and dealing with expenses through the Agresso system.

  • The post holder must have excellent knowledge of , Excel, Word, e-mail and electronic diaries. Knowledge of PowerPoint and Visio would also be an advantage.
  • The ability to produce accurate work to high standards of presentation in the company house style and tone of voice.
  • The ability to assess information and draw accurate and reasonable conclusions; anticipating and proactively responding to the needs of the Legal Senior Leadership Team.
  • The ability to work within established policies and procedures and have an understanding of the importance of maintaining confidentiality at all times.
