Working as an experienced Senior Support Worker as part of a motivated and inclusive team in Taunton, Somerset, you'll assist individuals with learning difficulties and other complex needs. A group of colleagues will fully support you, and additional on-site training will be provided.
If you'd have been working in this well-paid, Somerset-based Senior Support Worker role last week, you would have:
. Provided support and assistance to people in accordance with their support plans
. Undertaken initial and ongoing assessments of clients
. Been a critical worker for people with complex or multiple needs
. Devised, reviewed and updated support plans, recorded events and observations and kept appropriate records as required
You must have previous experience of working in a similar care environment, as well as experience managing a small team of staff. Being a driver is advantageous but not required. Most important is that you have a passion for making a difference in people's lives and the experience and skills to do so.
