Job Title: Senior Support Analyst
Salary: £26,000 - £32,000 + 15% NCP, 35 holidays
About the Senior Support Analyst Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity to help with a newly opened office in Edinburgh and be the stand-alone local support specialist, working very closely with the leadership tea, ensuring contract centre staff have all the tools and equipment needed to deliver their work with the support of teams and a fantastic manger down south. This is typically a Monday - Friday working pattern but there will be occasional needs to work evenings and/or weekends.
We are looking for a competent support professional who has commercial experience of working in a similar environment, used to working at a fast pace but with a real focus on quality not quantity of resolutions. Communication, personality, attitude and aptitude outweigh technical abilities in this role so we are looking for someone comfortable engaging with users and colleagues of all levels in person, over the phone and remotely and ensure excellent customers service is offered at all times.
Essential Skills and Competencies:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to prioritise workload and change as required at short notice
- Experience of Windows 10 and Office 365 already would be great but is not essential
- Active Director and MS Exchange
- Experience with HP hardware, VPNs, LAN/WAN technology
- Experience of patch management and/or SCCM would be beneficial

This company are investing heavily in a new office with several new staff having joined over the past 6 months and beyond making it a great time to join a new site and embed yourself as a key member of the team.
Salaries of £26,000 - £32,000 will be considered and are complemented by a market compatible benefits package including a fantastic 15% non-contributory pension, private healthcare, life assurance, 27 days holiday + bank holidays and more flexible options.
