Senior Production Supervisor - Food Production - Up to 35k pa- Northfleet, Kent

Enjoy your evenings and weekends? This 4 day working week role will offer you a 3 day weekend! Sunday- Wednesday Day Shift

The progression for this role will see you fast tracking your career as you move into senior management within your first 12 months within the business!

Search Engineering and Manufacturing are extremely excited to bring a brilliant opportunity to the market as we are currently looking for a Senior Production Supervisor to join this fast growing, innovative Food Production facility based in Kent.

The expected responsibilities for the Senior Production Supervisor include:


* Providing training and support to Team Leaders
* Ensure compliance paperwork is accurately completed
* Manage Production staff across the Factory
* Run and attend weekly meetings
* Closely monitor KPI's
* Be first point of contact within the Production facilities
* Monitor staff attendance
* Manage waste, H&S and compliance
* Enforce and oversee company policies and procedures


The ideal candidate will have/be:

* Extensive experience as a Shift Manager or Senior Supervisor within a Food Manufacturing business
* Past experience managing or supervising a team is essential
* Excellent communication skills
* A confident people leader who is KPI driven
