SENIOR SOUS CHEF, COUNTRY HOTEL, HARROGATE AREA, CIRCA £35,000
LOVELY VENUE, EASILY COMMUTABLE TO LEEDS, YORK & HARROGATE
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced sous chef, or existing head chef in a medium sized hotel to join the team in this stunning country hotel, serving up to 300 covers twice a day, serving a classic British menu, as well as a large number of stunning afternoon teas from the separate purpose built kitchen.
You will have experience in overseeing large teams, and working with specifications, and have sound budgeting acumen, an organised, focused and professional chef, you will be assisting the executive chef in overseeing a brigade of 22 chefs, with up to 12 working on any one shift.
In return my client is offering a fantastic salary of circa £35,000, working a 48-50 hour week, in a lovely country location, with every day offering something different to the last.
