Senior Professional Support Lawyer - Finance Practice US Law Firm

This is a great opportunity if you are an experienced Banking and Finance lawyer looking to become a Professional Support Lawyer to develop the Finance practice. This is a non transactional role and the hours are good and the pay is very competitive.

The main practice areas you will be doing in the Finance team is Real Estate Finance, Leveraged Finance and Corporate Lending. The work would involve researching legislation, providing legal knowhow, training lawyers and getting involved in other activities to help grow the Finance team.

Ideally you will have:

  • A Senior Banking and Finance lawyer in at least one of the following practice areas: Real Estate Finance, Leveraged Finance and Corporate Lending
  • UK Qualified
  • 6+PQE
  • Trained at a US, Magic or International law firm
  • Strong academics
