We're helping our prestigious client recruit for an experienced Social Worker - Children Senior Practitioner to join their team in Northumberland. This social worker position is on a contract basis starting asap until the end of August 2020 and comes with a pay rate of £31 p/h.
As a senior child welfare Social Worker, you will lead on child protection and court work. You will also support, collaborate and mentor workers that are newly qualified.
The ideal Social Worker - Children Senior Practitioner, will have:
* A Social Work Degree and have a Social Work England registration
* Experience with Children in Need, Child Protection and court cases
* Enhanced DBS on the update service
* A driving license, unless a disability prevents you from doing so
We're looking for a flexible working senior-level Social Worker with excellent leadership skills who has experience as a child welfare social worker and upholds the highest social work values. The successful candidate will earn a competitive rate of £31 per hour for their skills and dedication.
