Pension Administrator, Croydon

The Pensions Administrator will be dealing with enquiries from new and existing scheme members, clients, financial advisers, employers, HMRC and the Department of Work and Pensions.
Due to COVID-19 you'll only be expected and encouraged to return to your new office environment when it's deemed safe to do so. All interviews will be conducted online or on the phone. Your health and safety are of primary importance to Search Consultancy and our client.
Your primary Administrator duties will include:
- Ensuring all aspects of Pension Administration are compliant and governed proactively
- Assisting with the administration aspects of new scheme take-ons to ensure accurate data is recorded and maintained
- Resolving complex or controversial administration issues to ensure that customer expectations are met and exceeded
To be considered for the Pensions Administrator role, applicants should possess at least 3 years' experience with a third-party administrator or an in-house Pensions department. A strong technical understanding of DB & DC pension schemes is also required.
