Senior Management Accountant | Manchester | £50,000 - £60,000 | Property Development Sector
A highly reputable property development business based in Manchester have partnered with Search to find a Qualified Management Accountant, reporting in to the Group Financial Controller, to oversee the group's entities.
Main duties will consist of;
- Production of monthly of management accounts for multiple legal entities
- Strict cost control and management of a number of large projects
- P&L analysis
- Variance analysis with commentary - with regular meets with budget holders
- HMRC submissions
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Ownership of intercompany charges and reconciliations
- Prepare financial statements - UK GAAP
- Cash flow forecasting and production of budgets
Candidate profile;
- Qualified - ACCA/CIMA/ACA
- Ideally prior exposure to the property sector
- Previous staff management
