I am currently looking to secure a Senior Key Accounts Manager on a temporary basis to work with a reputable brand based in the Central Belt. The role will be the main contact for both managing existing business relationships as well as to drive some new business and bring on clients across the UK.
This is a senior level role and will have management responsibility for a small but busy team of sales staff. The role will focus on some of the most high profile clients the organisation has a relationship with and would require someone who has experience working with large blue chip organisations.
The role will require you to be office based when not out at meetings; therefore a base somewhere within the central belt would be essential. The role will have a significant strategic element attached, with candidates playing a vital part in guiding the team to success!
You should be commercially astute, with a track record in working with C-Level contacts as well as senior internal stakeholders. This role will report into the Group Managing Director and would require you to hit the ground running with little "bed in" time.
Relationships are key, an existing network from a technology focussed industry would be advantageous however not essential, the main criteria will be around sales performance, personality fit, strategic oversight and management ability.
