Are you a Senior Infrastructure Engineer who wants to advance your IT experience in a challenging and inclusive environment on a shift pattern basis? Following a merger between two long-standing legacy firms, this new company is hiring Senior Infrastructure Engineers to provide 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support to the Service Support Team.
You will provide 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support as part of the Service Support Team. The IT team supports all IT applications, IT training, network support and development. You will need to be committed to covering shift patterns between Mon-Fri 08:00-19:00 and an on-call shift pattern Mon-Fri 19:00-08:00, Sat & Sun 10:00-16:00 as required.
* You will promote and nurture a customer-focused, performance-driven and professional culture within the IT Department.
* Suggest areas for improvement, both system and process, and take ownership of initiatives based on colleague and user feedback.
* Escalate to The IT Operations Manager and Head of IT any significant or ongoing problems that might affect business operations.
You will have three years' system support experience within a team supporting over 400 users in a multi-site model. Naturally you'll possess excellent working knowledge of Windows Server 2016/19, and more, plus an advanced understanding of Exchange 2016 and Network technology - WAN/LAN and Cisco Unified Communications Manager 11.5.
