Senior HR Officer - Temporary
Assignment for 3 to 6 months. Potential permanent opportunity.
Starting 2nd March 2020
Location: Sheffield City Centre
Salary: To £30,000 DOE - paid as an hourly rate.
Hours: Full time (37 hours per week 9>5)


Applying for this role you need to be available for interview with our client on Wednesday 26th February to start the following Monday 2nd March. You understand that the assignment is temporary albeit there is a potential permanent opportunity.

Senior HR Officer needed to support a busy and engaging HR function where you will be involved in any number of generalist HR duties as well as co-ordinating transactional work for HR officers. You may be preparing adverts for recruitment campaigns & interviewing with Line Managers or advising on ER solutions, particularly around performance or absence management. You may be developing policy and procedure to ensure compliance and 'fit for use' or ensuring that all employee information and data is captured and effectively on HRIS.


You need to be CIPD qualified and have a working knowledge of up to date employment law. You will have led on a cross section of ER cases particularly sickness and absence management. You will be a persuasive influencer and have an interest in you own and others personal development.
