The team is also compact, yet is well established and respected and covers all generalist areas of HR. The role will give an opportunity to an experienced HR Manager to closely work with the business and ensure its core business and people strategies are delivered.
You will need to have had exposure to working within a similar role gaining full generalist exposure to all areas of the business. Your role will be to provide guidance and support to its main client groups.
With up to date employment law and technical knowledge you will be in good stead to hit the ground running and provide a seamless HR service. Graduate calibre and ideally CIPD qualified, however not essential.
