Senior HR Advisor

The Permanent HR Team at Search are recruiting for a HR Advisor with multi-site experience to join a small but close-knit team based in Stockton-On-Tees. Our client is a global safeguarding company with sites across the UK, Although this role will be predominately remote, there will be occasional travel to their Stockton office. The organisation has tens of thousands of employees, however still prides themselves on their close-knit, family feel.

This role is primarily responsible for the line management of the HR Advisors and HR Advisory Support role, managing and allocating workload, producing MI and coordinating project delivery and improvement activity. To assist the HRBP to provide a proactive and effective HR Advisory service to the business.

Responsible for proactive coaching, advising and upskilling the management population on key HR processes and initiatives including TUPE, disciplinary, grievance, flexible working, wellbeing, employee engagement and redundancy matters within the Systems, Events and Support Functions.

To take a commercial and pragmatic approach, working in partnership with the management population to deliver HR solutions in line with business practices and legal considerations.

Salary: Up to £38,000 DOE + Remote Working
Location: Remote Working however needs to be commutable to Stockton-On-Tees
Position: Permanent

This is a varied HR position but will have exposure to all areas of HR across this large sized business This role is primarily responsible for proactive coaching, advising and upskilling management population on key HR processes and initiatives, including TUPE, disciplinary, grievance, flexible working, wellbeing, employee engagement and redundancy matters.

You will be working very closely with the HR Business Partner who is really looking to take someone under her wing to coach and develop them to grow into a strong HR generalist, however she is not wanting to 'Hand-Hold' therefore autonomy is key! This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious individual looking to develop their HR career.

What you'll need:
* Experience managing a team
* Solid HR experience - Ideally as a HR Advisor for 2+ years.
* Multi-site experience
* CIPD Qualified (L5 or above)
* Ability to work in a fast paced and hands on environment
* Relationship Management Skills
