This is a great opportunity in London for a New York Qualified to do incredibly varied and high quality Capital Markets work. You will do High Yield, TLBs, some Investment Grade and Sustainable Finance.
The team is lean so you will benefit from working closely with the Partner and senior Counsel and be gain fantastic exposure and leads on deals as well as grow your book of business and get fantastic supervision and client contacts to do this. This role has great Partnership prospects and the firm has recently done some very high profile hires in the Banking and Finance team.
They are looking for a junior High Yield lawyer and Senior High Yield lawyer.
Ideally you will have:
- At least three years experience in High Yield
- Trained at a US, Magic or International law firm
- New York Qualified
- Strong academics
