Search Consultancy are looking for a highly motivated Commercial Finance Senior Analyst to join a fast growth wholesale business. This is an important finance analyst role that supports with financial and operational reporting, analysis and planning.
The role requires strong analytical, decision making and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. You will need experience in analysis and reporting, good attention to detail, influencing skills, as well as the ability to understand and translate business strategy into tactical objectives.
This role will be hybrid, with 3 days in office based in Tamworth.
Role:
Deliver transparent and quality financial and management reporting that will demonstrate intimate understanding of profitability - to enable the business to make better decisions.
Creating relevant and timely sales and margin reporting for both value and volumes
Creating sales and margin forecasts in accordance with reporting deadlines
Foster influential and collaborative relationships, knowledge sharing, agree priorities and shaping of strategies that will improve margin performance
Shape strategies to strengthen the team's competencies to ensure exceptional client service to the business
Prepare and perform monthly financial performance reviews.
Identify financial or operational issues and the identification of solutions.
Develop and monitor the implementation of corrective action plans.
Role requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or similar.
- Fully Qualified ACCA, ACA or CIMA (2 years PQE)
- Demonstrate financial and data analysis experience with the ability to integrate and work closely with non-financial counterparts in a leadership capacity
- Have a keen eye for detail and the drive to be resourceful problem solver to articulate the business strategy
