My Client, based in a modern office in Dunfermline, is looking for the perfect candidate for, initially, a short term position.

Your main role will be a complaint handler dealing with escalated complaints from customers adhering to ABTA and package holiday laws ensuring a timely turnaround and ultimately customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have experience in dealing with written complaints. It would be highly desirable to have experience with ABTA complaint handling and an understanding of the process and time lines that are involved.

This is a 37.5 hour position which will be home based during restricted times and office based once rules allow.
