My Client, based in a modern office in Dunfermline, is looking for the perfect candidate for a unique dual role.
For 6 months of the year you will be a senior complaint handler dealing with escalated complaints from customers adhering to ABTA and package holiday laws ensuring a timely turnaround and ultimately customer satisfaction. For the other 6 months your role is mainly inbound sales calls and will also involve web chat, dealing with email queries and customer service.
Ideally you will have a travel background within a call centre although this is not essential. You must have some experience in a customer facing role and have the ability to work well within a team. A passion for customer service is a must for this role.
The successful candidate will receive competitive salary and a benefits package that includes £1400 holiday vouchers, monthly bonus potential and holiday allocation starting at 30 days and increasing annually.
This is a full time position and you will be on a 4 week rolling pattern rota working 4 out of 8 weekend days. It is imperative you are flexible between the hours of 9am and 8pm and are able to adapt to the needs of the business.
