If you consider yourself to be a tenacious, driven and strategically minded insurance claims professional, with a solid understanding of the entire lifecycle of insurance claims, and the ability to apply this to decipher the needs of the business, then this opportunity could be just for you.
In this role you will be responsible for handling and resolving technical and complex claims with high exposure risks to the organisation's agreed standards and authority levels whilst maintaining excellent customer-client relationships.
This is a new permanent full time post created to work on a portfolio of business within the area of building guarantee / builder warranty, and with this in mind strong knowledge and experience within the property warranty market is a necessity for any would be applicant.

If you possess experience of working to reach a timely resolution to claims by developing case strategy, including developing a case evaluation and escalating issues as appropriate, and can establish timely reserves and perform ongoing review throughout claims cycle within authority limit by estimating and validating value of claims then you could have the credentials we're looking for.
