We're seeking an exceptional Senior Administrator to work in one of our Global client's office in Glasgow (you'll only be expected and encouraged to return to your new office environment when it's deemed safe to do so). Earning a good salary of up to £28,000 you'll join a collaborative and inclusive Administrative team which support trade settlements in the market and forecast accurate trading positions for our client.

This Admin support includes but isn't limited to the below:

● Collateral Margin Settlement
● Secured Loan Processing
● Dual Team Oversight
● Client, Broker and Custodian Reporting

The Trade management team is responsible for superior client service in relation to other bespoke products such as Repos, US40's, Share Class Hedging, and Substitution Calculation. The Senior Administrator role is primarily to support the production cycle of the Trade Management team, ensuring client service delivery and commitments are met.

Alongside your supportive team, your key responsibilities are:

● Ensure first-class client service is delivered to all their clients at all times
● Ensure the service level provided by the team adheres to the Client Service Delivery agreements
● Build strong, professional relationships with clients and be an ambassador for our client
● Risk Management - Ensure adherence to the risk and control framework

The successful Senior Administrator candidate will be proactive generating ideas for improvements to their systems and processes in support of client requirements and our client's service strategic objectives. You'll support the development and implementation of such enhancements alongside supporting design and implementation of resilient processes and systems.

You'll need to demonstrate product knowledge, through risk management awareness and have meticulous attention to detail alongside being degree Qualified and IOC qualifications and advanced accounting practices.
