Senior Administrator (Corporate Services Department)

Based in Jersey

**Required - Must be based in Jersey and have a Local Licence

The Role

  • Provide Offshore and Onshore administration, secretarial and bookkeeping services to corporate clients.
  • Assist in the creation of extended trial balances and financial reports
  • Provide advice and work closely with the Corporate team to manage the client portfolio
  • Support the Corporate Services Manager
  • Specialise in the technical matters within Trust and Companies
  • Share any knowledge with the Corporate Services team
  • Prepare minutes from Board Meetings
  • Keeping up-to-date with the current Jersey industry and regulations i.e. interest rate, changes in legislation and any movements
  • Constantly communicate with all clients and maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Be an approachable person for the team in order to delegate and provide support to the appropriate members of staff.
  • Have an innovative mind-set in order to improve levels of efficiency
  • Generate excellent relationships with stakeholders
  • Be pro-active in training and development of any Trainee Administrator/Administrators.
  • Record accurate details of all client communications in order to guarantee correct Client Invoices
  • Produce and submit all statuary returns

Skills Required

  • Studying ICSA or equivalent professional qualifications
  • Use own initiative and take on tasks independently
  • Be committed and driven to achieve quality service for themselves and clients
  • Have evidence of being Pro-active and forward thinking
  • Experience in a similar role
