We're seeking an exceptional Senior Administrator to join our clients Middle Office Asset Servicing team in one of our Global client's offices in Glasgow (you'll only be expected and encouraged to return to your new office environment when it's deemed safe to do so).

Earning a good salary of up to £28,000 you'll join a collaborative and inclusive Middle Office Asset Servicing department who are responsible for the timely and accurate identification and processing of both corporate actions for both the UK and overseas investments for institutional investors, across various asset types, including; bonds, equities and CFDs.

The primary responsibility of this role is to provide checking and oversight support to the team and to support the production cycle of a team, ensuring client service delivery and commitments are met. You will be required to check and sign off the work of administrators in your team. Coaching and mentoring also play a pivotal part in this role.

Alongside your supportive team, your key responsibilities are to :

● Ensure first-class client service is delivered to all their clients at all times
● Ensure the service level provided by the team adheres to the Client Service Delivery agreements
● Build strong, professional relationships with clients and be an ambassador for our client
● Risk Management


The successful Senior Administrator candidate will be proactive generating ideas for improvements to their systems and processes in support of client requirements and our client's service strategic objectives. You'll support the development and implementation of such enhancements alongside supporting design and implementation of resilient processes and
systems. You'll already have familiarity with Corporate Actions and experience within a checking and oversight role. You will have keen risk awareness, high accuracy and meticulous attention to detail.
