An exciting opportunity has arisen to work with our forward thinking, modern client based in Edinburgh City Centre. The role they are offering is a Senior Administrator, working closely with Admin Manager to support the running of the office, ensuring that effective, confidential admin support is provided to both partners and staff. This is an excellent opportunity for Senior Administrator to join a fantastic financial company based in the City Centre of Edinburgh.

Job accountabilities:
* Varied admin duties, depending on which department or individuals whom the team is supporting
* Ensure the highest standard of admin support is available across the company, working as a team under the direction of the Admin Manager
* Produce reports, presentations, letters, internal memos and file notes to the highest standard, using the appropriate software
* Ensure efficient administration within the company by using software packages correctly
* Continue to develop administrative skills by keeping up to date with developments in administration
* General admin duties as instructed by Admin Manager, and required by various departments, including scanning documents and mail, faxing and photocopying
* Preparation of accounts for clients
* Overseeing the timely issuing of fees on both a weekly and monthly basis
* Represent the firm in a professional manner at all times
* Carry out other ad-hoc duties as required to support the smooth and efficient running of the office.

Experience, skills and knowledge required:
* Must have a can do attitude to be able to deliver the support to staff in both a helpful and effective manner
* Effective team worker
* Efficient planning and organisational skills ensuring that the varied workload effectively
* First class communication skills and ability to engage at all levels
* Previous experience of providing high level, effective admin support
* Excellent knowledge of current IT systems/applications, particularly MS Word, excel and powerpoint, and ability to keep these skills up to date
* Able to work confidentially
* Proactive approach to problem solving
* Flexible approach to working
* Able to provide the very highest level of customer care to both staff and clients
