Fantastic opportunity for a senior administrator to work in a challenging and fast paced role in which no two days are the same! You will be working Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5pm with free parking, on site facilities and a salary increase once you have worked for 6 months. this role is based in Lanarkshire and due to location you will need to have your own transport.
Within this role you will be supporting senior management and a friendly and outgoing HR Manager, within this role you will be responding to calls and emails, attending meetings and taking minutes, diary management, arranging travel, typing up documents and general ad hoc administrative tasks. An intermediate knowledge of excel is needed (which will be tested) and the ability to pick up systems easily. this role is not exhaustive and you will be picking up HR admin related tasks as well as helping out with the finance team when needed. This role offers movement and progression too!
The perfect candidate will be open to change, eager to learn, understanding the complex needs of senior management is key as well as a great work ethic and someone who will just get the job done! The team will be there to help you build on your skills and it is a very varied role in which you can gain skills in many different areas of the workforce.
This is a very exciting and different role which would suit an individual who is looking to build new skills that has been working in an administrative/junior PA role looking for a chance to progress and grow. You will also go through disclosure and security checks which will need to be passed to gain employment.
