Currently working on an exciting opportunity for a Senior Account Manager in an award-winning retail marketing agency helping to drive sales for some of the worlds biggest retailers and brands through building meaningful connections with shoppers and consumers.
Reporting into the Account Director you will help proactively manage client accounts and develop existing and new business. You will be responsible for the delivery of client service to a high standard whilst managing the day to day creative output. You will work across multiple marketing channels including; in-store & POS, digital, mobile, social and events. All financial aspects of your accounts must be profitably managed to operate within a budget and meet pre-agreed targets. Identify business development opportunities within existing accounts. Share knowledge and insight whilst providing effective leadership to those reporting to you. You will also need to be an impactful deputy in the Account Directors absence.
Ideally you will have 4 years industry experience, gained preferably in an agency, with a good understanding of retail and brands. You will be able to demonstrate experience of delivering high profile campaigns. Have strong project management and excellent organisational skills.
