I am current looking for a Secretary to join a well known Legal organisation based in the out skirts of Bradford on a permanent basis.

Duties and Responsibilities
* Based on a reception desk
* Meeting and Greeting clients and visitors
* Assisting with client enquiries ensuring an exceptional service and a professional approach
* Audio Typing legal correspondence
* Working across the matrimonial, civil, personal injury and conveyancing department
* Organising and composing bundles
* Booking appointments and using outlook calendar and tasks
* Preparing mail for posting/emailing/faxing
* Working closely with the matrimonial team providing administrative support
* Helping organising events
* Dealing with any telephone enquiries
Key Skills Required
* Experience of working in matrimonial is necessary for this position
* Must be flexible and proactive
* Able to multi talk and prioritise workload
* Professional and a confident communicator
* Able to work under pressure in a client facing role
* Excellent typing skills
* Good attention to detail
